Can any tell me if i can reuse the oem disc for my pc as the hard drive has failed can i buy a new hard drive and use the disc again thank you.

If you are changing the hardrive it will ask you to reactivate windows and it might help to call the microsoft number if it displays and explain to them what happened and they might just give you the activation code.
