Why My New Pc Hang Several Times?

I just bought my pc a week before. I am using OS: Windows 7 (32 bit). My Pc configuration is-
Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 32MB Cache
Intel Core i3 540 3.06GHz Socket 1156 4MB L3 Cache Retail Box Processor
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H H55 Socket 1156 VGA DVI HDMI Out 8 CHannel Audio MATX Motherboard
Kingston DDR3 2GB 1333MHz i5 Memory Module CL9 1.5V
Samsung SH-S223 22x DVD±RW DL & RAM SATA Optical Drive – OEM Black
Sumvision 450W 20+4pin SATA Power Supply PSU – Retail Boxed
Casecom Silver/Black Mid Tower Case – No PSU
BenQ G2220HD 22″ TFT Monitor 1920×1080 300cd/m2 40000:1 (dynamic) 5ms 16:9 VGA/DVI Glossy Black
but my bad luck is with this configuration, my pc is giving me ****…….
does any one can help why my pc is goes hang…….

    32bit windows systems can not handle 4GB of RAM.
    if your programs are hanging.
    turn off the virtual RAM,
    disregard the warning messages.
    doing so,
    will force windows to load in to the RAM and not to the paging file.
    thus speeding up the system.
    you have got a 64bit configuration running with a 32bit system.
    .

    Are we to assume you built this PC yourself? – probably your first attempt?
    Looking into my crystal ball, I would guess the PSU is inadequate. Not exactly the best brand in the world either, so you should consider a higher wattage PSU from a more recognised company

    this may be due to a fault in the power supply, motherboard, CPU, memory, or hard drive, or overheating
    I would return it to the shop where you bought it and ask them to swap it fo a new one as it is less than a week old
    If that is not possible I would initially check that the fans on the CPU are fitted correctly, you can test the memory with memtest http://www.memtest86.com/
    and you can test the hard disk with the error checking tool built ito windows7. If you still can’t find the problem after that, you will have to return it from where you bought it and ask them to bench test it
