ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 graphics card
i also updated my graphics driver last sunday.
can someone help coz half of the time i use to play goes to waiting for the load screen to finish.. Thanks

Actually graphics cards have nothing to do with loading speed. Slow loads can be caused by various factors. Usually it’s due to lots of mods. But other factors are often the culprit.
A heavily fragmented drive will slow the loading.
If u have unpacked a lot of the archived .bsa files and the game has to load them from the data folder, this can cause a slowdown.
Not enough RAM can sometimes cause a slow loading also, but 4Gb should be enough for this not to happen.
Background apps running when u are loading the game can slow it up.
If your slow loading is most apparent when loading a save game rather than just starting the game with “run”, then u could have a bloated save. I know there used to be a factor with Oblivion (they called it the “Abomb” syndrome. There was a sloppy fix for it, but no one ever really had a good explanation of why it happened. Maybe Skyrim also has a similar issue.
That 4250 is a very poor video card an not at all built for gaming, especially not a game like Skyrim…
*EDIT*
@Andrew:
You watch the difference in loading time between a DirectX 9 or 11 game, and weep. Since there’s no standard architecture for shader processors (like with x86 CPUs for example) the shader code has got to be compiled at runtime. So it’s the video drivers that need to take care of this job, since only they can know the exact specifics of the target architecture…
On top of that, ATI processors have a more complex architecture -compared to NVidia- that needs more optimizer work to take full advantage of the drivers… hence slow loading times, especially on a low end card with less shader processors… ; )
Your pc must be struggling to even run any game, let alone skyrim. I would recommend buying a pc in the future with better specs or better yet build your own based on what you need. It is cheaper to build your own and isn’t too difficult. Also laptop aren’t the most ideal for gaming but they can be good if they meet the criteria. Look up some guides to the buying a gaming computer online.
