Genius Tablet Cursor Runs Slow?

Okay so I installed my tablet to my new laptop, and the cursor is slow, like a mouse cursor goes fast, and you can move it really fast, but my tablet cursor takes a few minutes to catch up, and it’s real bad in GIMP or Paint Tool SAI. How can I fix this? I’ve uninstalled, and restalled and restarted my computer still nothing. So help? My laptop is Windows 7, the first time I plugged in my tablet it was working fine but once I installed the disk it messed up. and now when I uninstall it still acts up. Please help. :/ Its a Genius Tablet F610.

SO I RECENTLY GOT A NEW COMPUTER. I HAVE AN SD CARD WITH AN ADAPTER AND IT HAS A BUNCH OF VIDEOS ALONG WITH MUSIC ON IT. THE COMPUTER IS AN ASUS WITH WINDOWS 7 AND THE NEW WINDOW MEDIA PLAYER ON IT. I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN COPY THE MUSIC AND VIDEOS TO THE COMPUTER WITH THEM STAYING ON THEIR. I PLAY THEM WITH THE SD CARD IN THERE AND IT IS FINE, WHEN I TAKE IT OUT THE MUSIC AND VIDEOS WILL NOT PLAY AND I GOT TO ERASE THEM. ALSO I JUST DOWNLOADED UTORRENT AND I CAN NOT SEEM TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SAVE THE FILES I DOWNLOADED TO WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. I got straight A’s throughout 9th grade except for two B’s first semester. I am taking the hardest classes possible and challenging. I am one grade ahead of my math and science, but I could go higher. I don’t want to because it is too much stress and too much work. Also there are a good amount of kids in my grade that are with me if I am only one grade ahead. Basically I am still ahead in math of 3/4 of my grade and am with the other 1/4. 10th grade first semester is when it all happened. I got one A, five B’s, and one D. The A is an ROP class which it is almost impossible to get a B in. The D is in Math Analysis Honors. Math Analysis Honors is Pre-Calc first semester and Calc A second semester.
There is kind of a reason. My life first semester in 10th grade had been very hard. There has been overwhelming stress. I have been physically abused by my dad since his divorce and it was reported to child services by a therapist I talked to. I have had police officers and social service workers interrogating me and coming to my school. My dad has expressed a lot of hatred towards me and has added this to his list of grudges toward me. Now I am living with my mom and going to court-ordered joint therapy with my dad. I am an above average student, I promise. MY CST scores are always in the highest category. I skipped seventh grade math because they gave me a test that covered all of 7th grade math and I passed it with a 100%. My math teacher gives straightforward quizzes and the most twisted tests. I do good on the quizzes and almost fail all the tests.
I always wanted to go to an ivy league or a college like Stanford, and so on. But now my dreams are crushed. I don’t know what to do. I have just started second semester and surprisingly they have not kicked me out of advanced math. I was one of the only two D’s and I don’t know why. I don’t want to drop because I know I can do it. I am a good math student and I understand it. But the questions on the tests have the most deceptive questions which I am not prepared for. Last semester I did not have a lot of time to study because of the amount of stress in my life and everything that went on and I hope to leave the past behind and focus on the future.
My other classes like AP chemistry and history I received 89% which angered me, because a few points more and I would have had A’s. In my english class my teacher gave me C’s on essays and I got A’s on homework and classwork. Therefore B. None of my teachers would budge. On top of that, after having recovered from a dislocated hip in 9th grade I tried out for the tennis team this year and did not make it even though I beat the only two kids I played, 3-0. The coach disregarded me because my serves were not strong enough and I didn’t play last year.
I don’t know where to go. What colleges will even accept me with this D. Should I retake the math class even if I get A this semester? Can colleges look past the D or is my college app out the window? What colleges will accept me? I have been very depressed and feel like not even trying in school anymore. My math teacher passed a class sheet around with our grades and it had our actual names on them. Everyone saw I had a D and looked at me in shock. They now think I am a dumb-*** and treat me like I am not as smart as them. I can’t take it anymore. MY gpa is ****ed up beyond words. My home life is screwed up since I have such a dysfunctional family in which I feel like almost no one cares for me. I barely get anymore to time to be social with my friends like go to concerts and movies. I want to know how to move on and what my plan should be for the rest of high school? I KNOW IT IS LONG BUT IF YOU CAN READ ALL OF IT. THIS IS MY LAST PLEA FOR HELP. I dont have anyone to talk to, my counselor is never in her office or always too busy for me.
I had plan that included an above 4.0 gpa, ivy-league college, and much more. That is gone and now I need a new one. Please anyone.
